Dang, these are good. One of my (frequented) food bloggers sites originally got the recipe her mom's old Helen Corbitt cookbook. The muffin batter is moist and contains plenty of real orange zest providing plenty of flavor on its own. But then the baked muffins are coated with an OJ/brown sugar glaze that really sets these bad boys apart. ENJOY!!
(sorry I'm still trying to learn how to upload pics )
As a peruse thru several food blogs, this one caught my eye. Its a adaptation from Rachael Ray's recipe from her book 365: No Repeats. Its really good. I even made it vegetarian (using veggie italian Tofurkey Sausage) for my folks for dinner tonight. It received rave reviews! ENJOY!
Wow! What a good recipe! And to think it gets better and better as the days go by (and the milks soak in). The only modification I did was used Cool Whip instead of the frosting. This is definitely a keeper! ENJOY!
NOTE: I did add about half of a small jar of Nutella instead of the 2 tablespoons suggested! I mean really....what can 2 tablespoons of Nutella do anyways?!
